The lemon, fresh and rich in nutrients, combined with durum wheat semolina gives life to our new specialty: Linguine with lemon juice. This kind of pasta is used for first courses based on fish and seafood, our Linguine with lemon juice give a lively touch to the recipe and an intense aroma. They have a great consistence thanks to the bronze wire drawing and the slow drying.
Cooking time: 8 minutes. We recommend to follow the boiling process carefully, in order to optimally cook the pasta.
