Strozzapreti’s shape is characterized by a central groove useful to hold any kind of condiment. The Tricolore variant, made by Agricola del Sole, differs from the traditional one because of the dough. In fact, it is made by mixing durum wheat semolina with two healthy vegetables: red chard and spinach. Modest but tasty, Tricolor Strozzapreti can be combined perfectly with any kind of condiment, based on meat or vegetables.
Cooking time: 13 minutes. We recommend to follow the boiling process carefully, in order to optimally cook the pasta.
