Agricola del Sole Pennette Rigate are short tubes cut on the diagonal, and can therefore be used to prepare several dishes, especially pasta salads. The perfect combination of thick texture and smooth surface is irresistible.
Made with durum WHEAT semolina.
Bronze wire drawn and slowly dried.

Cooking time: 8 minutes. We recommend to follow the boiling process carefully, in order to optimally cook the pasta.
