The Orecchiette, a pillar of the Apulian culinary tradition, thought to be more tasty and healthy because made with whole durum wheat semolina which is simply mixed with water. The typical concave shape allows to hold the flavour of every kind of ingredients, while the slow drying preserves intact the organoleptic properties of pasta.
Cooking time: 15 minutes. We recommend to follow the boiling process carefully, in order to optimally cook the pasta.
