The Calamarata are made with durum wheat semolina. Her name comes from the clear similarity with rings of squids. The sauce accompanying the Calamarata is very simple and recalls Mediterranean ingredients: small cherry tomatoes, garlic, parsley and chili peppers. It is also delicious topped with meat or vegetable sauces. The Calamarata perfectly absorbs the ingredients.

Bronze wire drawn and slowly dried.
Cooking time: 10/13 minutes. We recommend to follow the boiling process carefully, in order to optimally cook the pasta.
