The Orecchiette, a pillar of the Apulian culinary tradition, thought to be more tasty because made with whole durum wheat semolina and toasted durum wheat semolina which are simply mixed with water. The typical concave shape allows to hold the flavour of every kind of ingredients, while the slow drying preserves intact the organoleptic properties of pasta.
Cooking time: 15 minutes. We recommend to follow the boiling process carefully, in order to optimally cook the pasta.
