Agricola del Sole Orecchiette with squid ink are so tasty because of the squid ink that gives the typical black colour and a marine aroma. Inspired by simplicity, they are made by mixing durum wheat semolina and squid ink with water. Their concave shape allows to hold any kind of condiment. The slow drying allows to preserve the organoleptic properties of the pasta.
Cooking time: 15 minutes. We recommend to follow the boiling process carefully, in order to optimally cook the pasta.
