Alta Murgia

Covering approximately one thousand hectares cultivated with vineyards, orchards, olive groves, and arable land, located in the agricultural areas of Corato, Andria, Ruvo di Puglia, Minervino Murge, Trani, and falling within the boundaries of the Alta Murgia National Park: this is the cradle of our raw materials, an extraordinarily rich territory with plant species under protection and extraordinarily mysterious.

Upon it stands proud and magnificent Castel del Monte, an architectural marvel built around 1240 by the will of Frederick II of Swabia, which became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996.

THE VINEYARDS

All in "trellis" mode, our vineyards rest on somewhat infertile soils, but they are caressed by mild temperatures typical of the temperate climate, ensuring excellent productions both in terms of quality and quantity.

THE OLIVE GROVES

Our olive groves, mainly of the "Coratina" cultivar, among the most appreciated for the quality and organoleptic-nutritional properties of the oil produced, give us every year what we call the liquid gold of Puglia.

THE ARABLE LANDS

Vast fields of both soft and hard wheat, expertly managed with full respect for the Alta Murgia territory. It is from here that the golden wheat, the foundation of our 100% Apulian bakery products and pasta, originates.

THE ORCHARDS

Apricot trees, cherry trees, almond trees, peach trees, and plum trees. Trees with precious buds that yield fleshy fruits every year, with vibrant and intense colors, and extremely sweet and juicy pulp, expressing exquisitely local flavors.
